R22 – Sıkı Boyutlar ve Sağlam Yapı 

Model R22 optik bir şaft enkoderi olup 2" çap x 1-7/8" (Ø51mm x 48mm) gövde içerisinde bütünleşik montaj kolu ile, hareketli bir tomara veya konveyöre üstten veya alttan takılmada kullanılan çok çeşitli montaj aksamlarına uyumludur. MW-8 (8.00" çevresel) veya MW-20 (20.00cm çevresel) ölçüm tekerlekleri ile kullanıldıklarında devir başına  ±.007" veya ±.016cm doğrulukta tomar veya konveyörü izleyebilirler. Bu hafif çalışma enkoderi değildir-, devamlı çalışma uygulamalarında güvenilir, uzun vadeli, işlem için ağır çalışma civataları ve sağlam yapı ile imal edilmiştir.

  Output voltage level is approximately the same as the input voltage level.
• Output Waveshape: 
  Square wave outputs A and B are 50/50 duty cycle nominal. Output Z (index output) is approximately the width of one cycle on outputs A or B. Output A leads B by 90° for clockwise rotation viewed from end by handle.
• Anti-jitter: (single output models only) Increases the pulse hysteresis to ½ of a pulse width, eliminating the effects of mechanical vibration and possible false output pulses. For example a 10 pulse per revolution output has 18° hysteresis (i.e. 360° ÷ 10 × ½ ).
