The machanism and parts of lever belt misalignment switches are located into the solid aluminium metal housing, it runs at heavy dusty environments due to working environment, it can reply all requests against any kind of problems that may occur in the company, it guarantees supplying reliable service for long years. Mechanism of switch is such structured that eventhough a problem occurs at withdrawal point of belt misalignment switch, inner part of switch can keep going on its functions.
Type NSR 22-BM lever belt misalignment switch is reverted by its both sides and mounted operator cylinder. A lever belt misalignment switch is forecasted due to expected long line running on very long carriage belts. Besides, contacts can be added to these switches in case of request of customers. Contacts surfaces are made of silver casting. Thanks to special design of contact, silver fritcs on contact surfaces and one fricts on other for claening.
